An odd feature of the CD that accompanies this book is that it includes 1,254 subdirectories named "resource.frk". In fact, each normal subdirectory has a matching, empty "resource.frk" folder. While these extra folders don't take much extra space on the CD, they add needless "noise" to the application's subdirectory structure when copied.
The "index.html" files in each application directory could have been more helpful since they are simply a webpage with the word "Restricted ..." in each one. The "Changes" file guides you a readme file, but these show only the license agreement. No documentation for the applications (spelled "applicaiton" all over this CD) is included on the CD, which is about 10% full. While I fully understand that software changes over time, I still feel that it is best to have the source code and its matching documentation on a single piece of media.
